Shruthi Rao has written several books for children, both fiction and non-fiction, and writes a fortnightly column on kidlit for Deccan Herald, India. Originally from Bangalore, she now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and loves books, trees, benches, desserts, science, trivia, and long walks.
